Roof stabilization of high school gymnasium. Removal of old
shingles and proper installation of water and ice shield. Transition to
gutters with acrylic flexible flashing applied.

9720 Second Avenue, Stone Harbor, NJ - Waterproofing of 15,000 square
foot exterior block and stucco walls with Sealoflex wall coating
systems.
Handy Fixtures
337 Sherman Avenue, Newark, NJ - 2 square block restoration
of masonry and brick industrial building in Newark. Complete structural
and cosmetic restoration with Elastomeric Coating products on the
exterior from patching material to wall coatings. This project has
a 10-year warrantee program.

Municipal Building
152 Washington Avenue, Belleville, NJ
Complete exterior restoration of limestone, brick and masonry on this
landmark building. Located in the heart of Belleville. Completed in
1994.

5 Jackson Street, Cape May, NJ - 7,450 square feet full membrane
with an Elastomeric Coating over concrete garage/pool deck with a
wear-coat color coating.

Howard University
55 Bryant Street, Washinton, DC - Restored the landmark
building in the courtyard complex - Carnegie Building. Built in the late
1800's. Complete restoration of brick, limestone and waterproofing
the exterior. Completed in 1997.

Completed restoration of an 8-story, one square block
bookstore and administration building in the heart
of the downtown Washington area. Completed in 1999.
Bridge Tower Condos - 310 Passaic Avenue, Harrison, NJ
3-story, one square block of brick, stucco repairs, restoration of stone
sills and complete re-coating with acrylic wall coatings.
Plaza Condominiums -
Washington, DC
Complete removal of an ERMA roof system and replacement with fully
adhered 2" foam insulation with acrylic seamless roof - 8,000
square feet. All of the roof top planters were lined with an
acrylic below grade system - 3,800 square feet.
Ocean Cove Condominiums - West End, NJ
Restoration of exterior east wall, lower level wall texturing and deck
waterproofing.
Lumberton Professional Building - 668 Lumberton Road, Lumberton,
NJ
Conversion of cinderblock, brick and pre-caste concrete building into a
professional office complex. Project was completed in 1989. Exterior
coating system was dryvit with acrylic finish coat.
Gold, Meltzer, Plasky and Wise - 505 Pleasant Valley Avenue,
Moorestown, NJ
Brick, block building converted to corporate offices in 1989. Building
is ready for minor re-coating of the exterior, which was a direct trowel
of an acrylic exterior coating to entire building;
Unitex/Medix Apparel - 35 Washington Street, Perth Amboy, NJ
Exterior waterproofing of 2 square block brick and masonry 4-story
building. Phase 1 complete with brick pointing and 2 coats applied of
acrylic wall coating.
Holy Trinity - 408 Prospect Avenue, Long Branch, NJ
Exterior masonry and lintel repairs, restoration of stone sills,
caulking and pointing of windows and doors. Gravel removal and acrylic
roof system installed.
